It all began with Founder and Industry Pioneer & Advocate Bob Blink - with one lamp and a couple of plants 25 years ago. Following medical cannabis legalization in 1996, he was one of the first Cultivator/Distributors on the legal market in California. He converted his operation to serving the recreational cannabis market in 2016, forming Lyfted Farms, Inc. TransCanna Holdings acquired Lyfted Farms in 2019, and now the parent and subsidiary companies are working in tandem to build the enterprise into the largest and most operationally diverse and agile business of its kind in California.

Mr. Blink is also a leader in genetic development, trends and local/state government policy with deep rooted industry relationships spanning the supply chain from seed to sale.

Stephanie Wesik

President

Ms. Wesik has over 15 years of experience in private equity and venture capital. She has worked with early-stage companies in both private and public industries by strategically directing their development from incubation to maturity. She has also experienced success in working with federal and municipal governments to acquire funding. Over the past year and a half, Ms. Wesik has worked with TransCanna by planning, directing and managing the company’s various international acquisitions. Before this, Ms. Wesik acted as Director of Strategic Development for Wesley Clover, a private global investment management firm and holding company. Ms. Wesik also worked as the Executive Director of Alacrity Canada (formerly Alacrity Foundation) where she managed the foundation’s initial portfolio including Tutela Technologies Ltd. (acquired by Comlinkdata in 2019 in a large-scale private transaction). The Alacrity Global Ecosystem, has now been deployed in at least ten countries including China, India, Singapore, Mexico, France and the United Kingdom. Ms. Wesik graduated with distinctionfrom the University of Victoria, where she studied both sociology and computer science engineering.

Mr. Mason has served as a senior officer and director of a number of public companies and has extensive experience in financings and acquisitions in capital markets. Douglas is currently Chairman of the Board and C.E.O. of Magnum Goldcorp Inc., a Director for International Bethlehem Mining Corp. and serves as Chairman of the advisory board for BevCanna Enterprises Inc. and Daizee Baby Corp. From 2015 through 2019, Douglas served as a Director of Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd., a hemp processing and natural food manufacturer, and served as the Company’s CEO for a 2-year period from 2017 through 2019. From 1988 through 2005, Douglas served as President & Chief Executive Officer and as a director of Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation, a producer of premium beverage products. During his nearly 20 years in the beverage industry, Douglas built a reputation for innovation and has been credited as being one of the pioneers in the New Age Beverage category. Douglas is past Deputy chair of the Collingwood School Board of Trustees and a past Chair of the B.C. Sports Hall of Fame and Museum and of the B.C. Sports Hall of Fame Foundation, and remains an active member of the Foundation. He is also an active supporter and recruiter of participants for fund raising events for the Rick Hansen Institute.

Peter Gregovich

Mr. Gregovich is a dynamic and experienced leader most recently known for building the corporate infrastructure and team to support massive growth in transaction volume and revenue for the leading cannabis delivery platform Eaze, as well as helping to raise approximately $100M for the company in Series B and C financing rounds.  In his illustrious career he has held senior leadership roles in cannabis, retail, manufacturing, SaaS, Online Media, as well as investment management consulting businesses.  Mr. Gregovich holds an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University.
